Dark Chocolate Chip Cranberry Protein Balls

I found a recipe for protein balls that doesn’t require using a food processor or Vitamin to blend the ingredients (eatingbirdfood.com)! I’m excited about this because my Vitamin overheated like 4 times last time I made the other recipe and I thought I broke it! (I just let it cool down for 5 minutes and it was fine.) Still, this recipe was a LOT easier and the protein balls are JUST as good! It’s super easy. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 cup oats (I blended 0.75c to make it a smoother texture)

  • 1 scoop of Isagenix plant based IsaPro protein powder

  • 2 scoops of Isagenix plant based IsaLean Vanilla Chai meal replacement shake

  • 1/4 cup Craisins/dried cranberry

  • 1/4 cup Lily’s or comparable dark chocolate chips

  • 1/2 TBSP chia seeds

  • 3/4 cup all natural peanut butter

  • 1/8 cup sugar free maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup water (adjust up for down per your preference)

Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Add wet ingredients and mix until uniform. You may want to use rubber gloves and get in there with your hands to make sure it’s nice and mixed. Roll into ping pong ball-sized balls, place on parchment paper-lined cookie sheet, and chill in the refrigerator for an hour or two then serve! Store in fridge. Picture to come!

Happy Trails,
