Protein Balls

Cranberry Chocolate Chip Protein Balls

I found a great base recipe for these protein balls on andianne.com plus 6 other varieties, most of which I am really excited to try! I did try the Double Chocolate ones and they’re AWESOME!

This week, I doubled the base recipe, added Isagenix Isalean and IsaPro shake mix, more water, dried cranberries, and Lily’s semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Base recipe:

½ cup Rolled Oats

¼ cup Nut Butter

3 Pitted Dates

1 Tbsp (I used sugar free) Maple Syrup

½ Tbsp Chia Seeds

½ Tbsp Water

¼ tsp Cinnamon

To make Cranberry Chocolate Chip Protein Balls, double the above recipe and add:

2 scoops vanilla chai IsaLean meal replacement shake

2 scoops IsaPro plant-based vanilla protein powder

3-4 Tbsp water (adjust based on thickness)

-Add all of the above ingredients to a food processor or Vitamin and blend until uniform.

-I used rubber gloves and my hands to incorporate 1/4 cup dried cranberries and 1/4 cup chocolate chips into the mix (it is supposed to be thick).

-Divide into ~24 pieces and roll into balls

-Place on a cookie sheet and chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours, then eat!

Leave a comment below if you tried and liked any of these!

Happy Trails,

Stacey and Jade
